Commercial Catering
Having attained to CCCN1 qualification, or equivalent, you will need to add additional (optional) catering qualifications to cover the specific catering equipment you want to work upon. GATC Ltd offers a range of catering qualifications, typically COMCAT1 to COMCAT5, and others, which will allow you to install, service and maintain catering equipment such as ovens, ranges, water boilers, warming cupboards, grills, etc. No matter which qualifications you require GATC Ltd training & assessment fully prepares you to pass each assessment chosen. Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety
CCCN1, Core Commercial Gas Safety, is the core qualification and is normally a pre-requisite to have before attaining other additional commercial catering appliance qualifications. There are some exceptions to this, but generally most candidates must complete CCCN1, or already be in possession of this qualification before adding commercial catering.

Commercial Catering Training covers all you need to know and allows you to go on to complete COMCATS 1, 3 & 5 the duration is 1 day and youi need a valid core for it to sit on.
