Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety

CCCN1, Core Commercial Gas Safety, is the core qualification and is normally a pre-requisite to have before attaining other additional commercial catering appliance qualifications. There are some exceptions to this, but generally most candidates must complete CCCN1, or already be in possession of this qualification before adding commercial catering.

Changeover, Domestic to Commercial Catering Appliances Gas Safety

COCATA1, Changeover Domestic to Commercial Appliances Gas safety, adds to CCN1 and provides for the core qualification that is an alternative pre-requisite to CODC1 before attaining other additional commercial catering appliance qualifications. There are some exceptions to this, but generally most candidates might complete COCATA1, to enhance their CCN1 qualification before adding commercial catering.

Commercial Catering Combo Pack (1 & 3)

COMCAT Groups 1&3 Catering Appliances, as the titles suggest provides for what you’ll need to know in order to safely install, service and repair commercial ranges, water boilers (pressure and expansion types) and deep fat & pressure fryers.

Commercial Catering Combo Pack Extra (1,2,3,5)

COMCAT Groups 1-3 + 5 Catering Appliances provides for what you’ll need to know in order to safely install, service and repair commercial ranges, water boilers (pressure and expansion types), deep fat & pressure fryers and forced draught burners.
