Committed to promoting gas engineers as highly qualified professionals, we offer a wide range of gas and related non-gas training courses and associated ACS assessments.
These include initial core assessment, core re-assessment, appliance assessments and a range of changeover assessments including natural gas to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and Commercial Gas installations.
We are pleased to announce a new Electro Fusion Welding course for those engineers who wish to extend their existing portfolio to encompass the installation of MDPE.
This training module is an ideal addition for an engineer undertaking a meter assessment.
For New Entrants to the Gas Industry we offer a "Managed Learning Program".
The program is proving to be successful! Of the twelve existing applicants, five have already completed the program and successfully registered with Gas Safe. The program duration is 12-18 months and encompasses comprehensive basic training, followed by on the job training with a qualified professional.
On passing an assessment the trainee will be able to undertake Core Gas Assessment plus appropriate appliance training.
